THE TRUTH ABOUT AB-TRAINING

When it comes down to building abs - nowadays the fitness-industry in the first place is focused on some diet and any kind of ´cardio´ (whatever  trend is up-to-date, intermitted fasting, paleo, carb-back-loading; hit, tabata, intervall-training a.s.o.) with the MAIN argument that we all have abs, but we will never see them because of the fat above.

 

 

Ok – this might be true (most people are too fat, to see their abs), but i can tell you something – most of them also DON´T have abs (and i am talking about the ´trained ab-muscles`, and i am not talking about the flat tendon-plate physiological every human has).

Unfortunately - there is no shortcut, no back-door and no wonder-pill, which can help you to skirt the ´way` you have to go to build rock solid, strong ab-muscles!


We all know, lifting heavy – basically the main lifts like squat, deadlift, bench-press, row, standing press, clean&jerk, snatch – you can name them all – a strong core is both built and necessary to achieve significant performance and power in these exercises.


BUT – a STRONG CORE is NOT equivalent

to STRONG DEVELOPED AB-MUSCLES!

 


Did you know, that the human body has 5 different´ab-muscles´?
